This was my first time leaving my cat, Nora, so I was understandably nervous—but Lynn completely put me at ease. She was incredibly thorough, starting with a thoughtful meet-and-greet and taking detailed notes to make sure she understood all of Nora’s needs (including medical) and quirks. Throughout the weekend, she kept me updated with messages and photos, which made all the difference. I could tell Nora was not only in great hands, but really took to her. Lynn’s care, professionalism, and clear love for animals made this a completely stress-free experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend.
