This review is long overdue however we have just concluded an 8 night stay with Lynn and wanted to recap our great experience. From our initial meet and greet back in November, Lynn was professional, attentive, listened to our concerns, asked questions and took notes which that in itself was so impressive. We have a dog with extreme separation anxiety as well as a few other “quirks” however Lynn did not turn us down and we continued baby steps with in house visits for a few hours at a time over the next few months. Lynn has a really good rapport with Harry which in turn helped us relax to be able to move forward with planning a trip, something that has not been possible in 4 years. He did not do well with previous kenneling although he is fine with daycare so going this route was our only option. For others in similar circumstances I will assure you that it was a win all around, ours was definitely a situation that we had to put our guard down and put faith into the process if we ever wanted any semblance of a life. I cannot express our gratitude for Lynn and are beyond happy we took the step and matched up with her. She will definitely be part of our lives going forward!
